On the heels of AFI Dallas and N.O. Human Rights Film Festivals, FTMOB had a terrific and enthusiastic screening at the renowned Kansas City Jubilee Film Festival in the CineJAZZ Category!

Fresh from our incredible world premiere at AFI Dallas, FTMOB was accepted into the New Orleans Human Rights Film Festival and was screened before a great audience in the Crescent City!

We had a great premiere at AFI in Dallas, with laughs, tears, great music, and a special appearance by some members of TBC Brass Band!

We’re excited to announce that the feature-length documentary (From the Mouthpiece on Back) about the courage, perseverance, and humor of these ridiculously talented young jazz musicians had its world premiere at the AFI International Film Festival in Dallas, Texas!

We had two great screenings at the Angelika Film Center at Mockingbird Station in Dallas and live appearances by the band. Stay tuned to this site for photos and videos from the festival!
